COURTNEY

Welcome to the best fitness experience in Horseshoe Valley! At Horseshoe Valley Fitness, I believe that fitness is not one-size-fits-all, which is why we are continuously. modifying and scaling movements for each individual. Always meeting you where you are at. I have over 15 years training ages 8-75 in a variety of settings from weight lifting, to low impact, to sport specific. ​Strength programs are on varied 6-16 week cycle where we utilize progressive overload to ensure we see progress and aren't just spinning our tires.

 

I want to see my clients build confidence both in and out of the gym.  The gym offers a variety of programs.  I am thrilled to be building community right here in Horseshoe Valley. So come join the HVF family today and start your journey to a healthier, stronger you!
