Welcome to the best fitness experience in Horseshoe Valley! At Nordic Fitness, I believe that fitness is not one-size-fits-all, which is why we create personalized fitness plans designed to meet each client at their unique fitness level and goals. Always meeting you where you are at. I have over 15 years training ages 12-70 in a variety of settings from weight lifting, to low impact, to sport specific. 

Strength and muscle building specific programming but we mix in metabolic conditioning and mobility based on individual needs, wants and goals.  Programs are on a 6-8 week cycle where we utilize progressive overload to ensure we see progress and aren't just spinning our tires.


I want to see my clients build confidence both in and out of the gym.  I offer a variety of programs including strength training, cardio, mobility, and barbell training, and I am thrilled to be building community right here in Horseshoe Valley. The Studio


The iron has officially taken over and our garage has been converted to a well equipped, clean, and welcoming garage gym.  In the winter the in floor heating keeps us toasty (but not too toasty!) and in the spring/summer/fall the space is a VIBE as we open all three garage bay doors for a nice breeze, fresh air, and beautiful nature views.  

I have put my heart and soul into creating this space for our community and continuously improving it.  Come check it out and see if it is a good fit for you!
